Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality therapy services including individual, family, and group therapy sessions that adhere to client-specific treatment plans.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate client needs, followed by continuous monitoring to adapt treatment strategies as necessary.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are tailored to client goals and progress, ensuring documentation is meticulous and up to date.

• Offer supervision and mentorship to Associate Clinical Social Workers, Associate Marriage and Family Therapists, and Associate Professional Clinical Counselors, fostering professional growth within the team.

The focus of your work will be on clients dealing with substance abuse issues, as well as those experiencing mood disorders and other mental health challenges. You will have the opportunity to facilitate impactful therapeutic relationships that empower clients to overcome their obstacles and improve their quality of life. Understanding the diverse backgrounds of our clients is crucial, as it will inform your approach and interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field

• A valid, active license in good standing with the California Board of Behavioral Science as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of three years of post-licensure professional experience, ideally emphasizing mood disorders and evidenced by successful therapeutic outcomes.

• Strong competence in evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), is essential.

• A thorough understanding of psychopharmacology to enable seamless collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare practitioners.

• Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients from various backgrounds, featuring excellent communication skills to facilitate therapeutic engagement.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, reflecting your expertise and contributions to our practice.
