This role allows for remote work flexibility while maintaining essential connections through virtual collaboration tools. We prioritize a culture of work-life balance, with standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing you to manage personal commitments effectively.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' mood disorder symptoms, focusing on severity, frequency, and duration to inform treatment decisions.

• Develop individualized treatment plans collaboratively with clients, addressing their specific goals and preferences to ensure personalized care.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate client progress.

• Deliver psychoeducation to clients and their families about mood disorders, promoting understanding and effective strategies for management and self-care.

• Monitor patient progress throughout the treatment lifecycle, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on data-driven evaluations and client feedback.

• Engage in close collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure a coherent and comprehensive approach to each patient's care.

• Stay current with the latest research in mood disorders to enhance treatment strategies and ensure best practices are followed.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client interactions, assessments, and treatment progress, adhering to ethical guidelines and legal requirements.

Qualifications\n
