Concept Plus is seeking a Vice President of Business Development to lead our Federal Civilian accounts from growth strategy to capture, reporting to the SVP/GM. You will drive full lifecycle opportunity management and orchestrate engagements across DOE, DOT, FAA and other agencies. You will build relationships with senior FedCiv decision-makers, operate as a trusted advisor, and align offerings—from AI analytics to cloud modernization—with agency missions.
