PrideStaff Financial is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join an established team and make an immediate impact by collecting payments!Apply TODAY! Job Description:
- Verify and post accounts receivable transactions to journals, ledgers, and other records
- Assist in generating monthly billing statements
- Create and submit invoices to customers
- Identify delinquent accounts
- Collect payments from customers and record transactions in the system
- Prepare and submit bank deposits
- Maintain database and spreadsheets, updating information as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- Basic knowledge of Accounts Receivable procedures
- At least 6 months relevant experience
- Knowledge in accounting principles
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic understanding of common Accounting software
