Our clinic operates Monday through Saturday, allowing for a customizable work schedule that meets your availability. As part of our dedicated team, you'll receive in-house credentialing and management support for your insurance participation, making your focus entirely on client care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups, accurately identifying their mental health needs and formulating appropriate treatment plans.

• Deliver graduate-level clinical interventions using various methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices, tailored to support the individual goals of clients.

• Communicate effectively with colleagues regarding assessment results and treatment plans, participating in regular meetings to enhance interdisciplinary collaboration.
\n
• Document all sessions and progress notes promptly and accurately, adhering to ethical standards and departmental policies.
\n
• Facilitate case management for assigned clients, coordinating efforts with community resources to ensure comprehensive care and support as needed.

• Engage in continuous assessment of client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Candidates must possess a valid state license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• A minimum of 2 years clinical experience in a mental health setting is required.

• Demonstrated expertise in assessment methodologies and therapeutic practices relevant to a variety of mental health issues.

• Experience in providing therapy in an outpatient setting and familiarity with electronic health record systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n
