About the Role:

The Administrative Assistant - LTC will provide administrative support to our nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. This includes but is not limited to:

• Answering Phones and Switchboards : Respond to incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate staff member or department.

• Scheduling Appointments : Coordinate schedules and appointments for patients, physicians, and staff.

• Data Entry and Record Keeping : Accurately enter patient information, medical records, and other data into our electronic health records system.

• Preparing Reports and Documents : Compile and prepare reports, forms, and other documents as necessary.

• Maintaining Office Supplies : Order and maintain office supplies to ensure a smooth-running administrative office.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and staff members.

• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with care.

• Develop and implement effective administrative processes and procedures.
