Work Environment\n

This role is set within a remote work structure, allowing flexibility in your daily schedule while maintaining close collaboration with a diverse team of mental health professionals. Our office hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required based on patient needs. This remote model not only ensures our therapists can work comfortably but also allows us to reach a broader client base, addressing the mental health needs of various communities, including those in underserved areas.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate each patient's trauma history and tailor treatment approaches accordingly.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans designed to support trauma recovery, resilience-building, and personal growth.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to facilitate healing process.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping patients process traumatic experiences, develop coping strategies, and enhance emotional regulation.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary professionals to ensure integrated and holistic care for every patient.

• Provide crisis intervention and support at our remote health clinic, assisting individuals during trauma-induced emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families on the psychological impact of trauma, available coping mechanisms, and community resources to promote awareness and recovery.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines to safeguard patient information.

• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development activities aimed at enhancing trauma-informed care strategies.

• Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in trauma therapy, applying new knowledge to improve therapeutic outcomes.

You will be working primarily with individuals coping with the impacts of trauma that often manifest in conditions such as PTSD and complex trauma. The patient population may include adults, adolescents, and children from diverse backgrounds, many of whom have faced significant challenges in their lives. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT within the state of Arizona.
\n
• Strong knowledge of trauma-related disorders, trauma-informed treatment modalities, and resilience-building techniques.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, exhibiting a compassionate and non-judgmental demeanor.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and a strong aptitude for technology.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience is preferred, focusing on trauma-informed care practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from $80,000 to $104,000, commensurate with experience.
