Business Development Manager Social Commerce & Marketplace Growth in Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid) Salary: $100,000 - $115,000 per year A bit about us Fast growing social commerce and marketplace growth partner working with some of the most recognizable global consumer brands. Our team helps brands scale across TikTok Shop, Amazon, and other emerging platforms by combining marketplace expertise with creator and affiliate strategy. Job Details Own enterprise brand partnerships as the primary point of contact, setting cadence and managing stakeholder expectations with confidence. Build and execute multi quarter growth strategies across assortment, promotions, affiliates, livestream, and paid media alignment. Lead go to market planning for major launches and campaigns. Monitor key performance metrics and use data to guide strategy in real time. Deliver executive ready reporting and recommendations. Partner cross functionally with internal teams to unblock issues and drive results. Lead and develop team members, setting priorities and building scalable processes. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, social commerce, or brand management required, with hands on exposure to platforms such as TikTok Shop, Amazon, Shopify, or Walmart Marketplace. Direct TikTok Shop experience is a strong plus. Platform, brand, or agency background preferred, along with experience managing complex, multi stakeholder client relationships. Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills required, including experience delivering C‑suite ready insights. Affiliate and creator partnership experience is a strong advantage.
