You will be equipped with the tools necessary for your practice, including administrative support that reduces paperwork and billing responsibilities, enabling you to focus entirely on patient care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Set your availability and manage your caseload according to your preferences without any minimum hour requirements, promoting work-life balance.

• Receive payments for late cancellations or no-shows, ensuring fairness and minimizing financial losses due to scheduling issues.

• Obtain Continuing Education Units (CEUs) annually with costs covered by the organization, allowing for personal and professional growth.

• Collaborate with our Content Manager to contribute “Expert Insights” and lead optional support groups, sharing your expertise and facilitating community engagement.

• Focus exclusively on clinical duties while our administrative team handles involvement in billing and other backend processes.
\n
• Engage in regular discussion and idea exchanges at monthly peer group meetings, designed to foster a supportive community among clinicians.
\n
• Provide high-quality, personalized treatment plans that adhere to evidence-based methodologies, including CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with individuals seeking healthier relationships with alcohol, including those who may not necessarily desire complete abstinence. You will utilize a harm-reduction approach, catering to a diverse range of patient needs and treatment goals. Our community includes individuals at various points in their recovery journeys, requiring you to engage compassionately while facilitating personalized treatment strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license in the state of California.

• Training and demonstrated experience with therapeutic methodologies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Informed Care.

• Strong clinical engagement skills, with an emphasis on empathy and active listening.

• A foundational understanding of community recovery options, such as Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) and Smart Recovery, with the ability to guide patients toward these resources.
