Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations to formulate accurate diagnoses and develop tailored treatment plans for clients.

• Maintain an active caseload of 25-30 clients per week, ensuring timely follow-up and support for each individual or family unit.

• Document session notes and treatment plan reviews in accordance with our company policies, utilizing electronic health record systems to maintain compliance and thoroughness.

• Deliver compassionate care through individual, family, and group therapy sessions, using creative interventions that inspire clients to achieve their personal goals.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including case managers, medical professionals, and educational staff, to provide comprehensive support for clients.

• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that clients feel respected and understood throughout their therapeutic journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on individuals and families, including children, adolescents, couples, and families struggling with a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, addiction, and relationship challenges. We are particularly interested in candidates who are comfortable working with diverse cultural backgrounds and can adapt their therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• Active licensure as an LMFT in the state of Massachusetts is essential.

• Must pass a background check as part of the hiring process.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
