Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify and address patients' goals and requirements effectively, leading to personalized care plans.
• Manage a patient caseload with a workflow of one individual per hour, allowing for focused and dedicated treatment sessions.
• Administer a variety of therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy techniques and exercise protocol development.
• Provide cost-effective treatments that emphasize improving mobility while reducing reliance on medications and surgical procedures.
• Develop comprehensive care plans that may incorporate various treatment techniques, including modalities such as therapeutic exercises and modalities.
• Motivate patients during their treatment journey, encouraging them to adhere to tailored fitness and wellness programs.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, engaging with healthcare professionals such as physicians and occupational therapists to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document treatment outcomes thoroughly, monitor patient progress, and maintain open lines of communication with clients and team members.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Possession of a valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• An untarnished professional record with no history of disciplinary actions against your license.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and a comprehensive understanding of exercise physiology.
• Exceptional competence in developing and implementing individualized exercise protocols.
• Proficiency in utilizing EMR Software, particularly with WebPT, for patient documentation and management.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in orthopedic outpatient settings is highly desirable.
• A background in mentorship or supervision of physical therapy assistants (PTA) and interns is a plus.
• Familiarity with various treatment modalities and advanced rehabilitation techniques.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary range of $90,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
