You will provides oversight at the direction of management on-site to coordinate routine work activities of service employees engaged in food operations, including but not limited to fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events/banquets, casual dining and cafes.Responsibilities include:* Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business* Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees.* Facilitate orientation and training of employees* Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution.* Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity* Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.What You Bring:* Successful candidates will be team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and nurturers of a healthy/safe working environment for all.* 1 or more years of related work experience.
