Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to thoroughly understand clients' mental health needs and create tailored treatment plans that address those concerns.

• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, or solution-focused therapy, adapted to meet each client’s unique circumstances.

• Set collaborative therapeutic goals with clients and track their progress throughout the treatment process to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Offer teletherapy sessions for clients who prefer virtual engagement or face barriers to in-person visits, ensuring accessibility to mental health support.

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements, contributing to the integrity of our practice.

• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, participating in workshops, webinars, and peer consultations to enhance your clinical skills and keep abreast of the latest practices in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will include a diverse range of individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health concerns. Our focus is on providing compassionate and personalized support that respects the unique experiences of each client, promoting healing and empowerment in a respectful and understanding manner.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid, current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish trust and rapport with clients, creating a safe space for sharing.

• Demonstrated empathy and compassion while maintaining a non-judgmental attitude towards clients’ experiences.

• Excellent organizational skills and effective time management to efficiently handle caseloads and administrative responsibilities.

• Experience working in telehealth or virtual therapy settings is highly preferred, with familiarity in utilizing digital platforms for client engagement.

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and the size of your caseload.
