This role provides the flexibility of remote work while being integrated into a robust outpatient framework. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the severity and nuances of mood disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety conditions.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients by integrating their preferences and therapeutic goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate meaningful change in clients' lives.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment processes, and effective self-care strategies.

• Track and document clients' progress diligently, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to mental health care.

• Stay updated on the latest research and therapeutic techniques in mood disorder treatment.

• Maintain meticulous records of therapy sessions, client interactions, and treatment plans to comply with ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from a recognized institution.

• Current licensure as an LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker), LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) in the state of Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n
