Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups to identify their emotional and situational needs effectively.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, including specialized Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques tailored to the needs of your clients.

• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and relay treatment progress during virtual patient rounds and documentation.

• Ensure timely and ethical completion of documentation and paperwork, adhering to departmental policies and standards.

• Provide ongoing case management services, collaborating with community resources and professionals to create effective treatment pathways for your clients.

• Participate in regular supervision and professional development activities to stay current with best practices in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals from various backgrounds dealing with complex mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing therapeutic support in a mental health setting.

• Willingness and ability to work between 10 to 40 hours per week, demonstrating flexibility in scheduling to meet client needs.

Conscious Growths offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
