Our team thrives on collaboration and support, leveraging a network of like-minded professionals dedicated to best practices and continuous learning in mental health.Key Responsibilities\n\n Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs and goals of each client.\n Provide evidence-based therapy, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to adults facing a range of mental health challenges.\n Document patient progress and maintain accurate and timely records of therapy sessions and interactions in compliance with ethical and legal standards.\n Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within our organization to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.\n Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities and team meetings to share best practices and insights.\n Effectively manage client schedules, ensuring that patient visits are organized efficiently without overlaps or delays.\n Address client concerns and feedback proactively, adapting treatment strategies as necessary to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.\nPatient Population / Client Focus\nIn this role, you will primarily work with adults seeking therapy for various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your empathetic approach and professional expertise will empower clients to achieve their therapeutic goals and improve their emotional health.Qualifications\n\n A master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology from a regionally accredited university.\n An active and unrestricted license in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC).\n A minimum of two years of experience providing clinical psychotherapy to adults.\n Proficiency in evidence-based therapies, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).\n Exceptional writing and documentation skills, ensuring clarity and accuracy in session notes.\n A clean disciplinary record with no violations from any licensing board.\nPreferred Experience\n\n Prior experience in a telehealth setting is highly desirable.\n Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.\n Knowledge of additional therapeutic modalities beyond CBT is a plus.\nCompensation and Benefits\nThe compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we offer a competitive benefits package that includes comprehensive health insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid time off, and paid no-shows and late cancellations.
