Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to create an optimal work-life balance while maintaining close contact with a collaborative team dedicated to supporting mental health. Our practice operates under a patient-centered model, emphasizing a safe and supportive virtual environment for both therapists and clients. Working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to meet patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments through virtual platforms to accurately identify patients’ needs and formulate effective treatment plans.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to deliver tailored therapeutic interventions.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups, effectively addressing common mental health issues and fostering a sense of community among participants.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate patient care and ensure the best outcomes.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services when necessary, addressing mental health emergencies with professionalism and compassion.

• Educate patients about their mental health conditions and available treatment options, ensuring they are informed and comfortable with their care.

• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical documentation that adheres to legal and ethical standards while utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Participate actively in treatment team meetings, case consultations, and professional development opportunities to ensure continuous personal and professional growth.

You will work closely with patients spanning various demographics, providing culturally sensitive care that meets their unique needs. Qualifications\n

• Education: Candidates must possess a master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Licensure: A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW within the state of Oregon is required.

• Expertise: Strong understanding of mental health disorders and familiarity with various evidence-based treatment modalities are essential to succeed in this role.
