Accounting Associate

Property Management Accounting / Admin Team Member Local real estate company is seeking a motivated, energetic, and detail-oriented person to join our small‑but‑mighty Property Management Accounting & Admin squad. This is a full‑time position that will work as part of our Property Management Accounting/Administrative support team on all aspects of accounting, including A/P, A/R and end‑of‑month reporting as well as administrative support tasks. If you’re a buttoned‑up, hard‑working and communicative “numbers person” who likes to impact and influence the ‘how’ and the ‘why’ of an organization, this might just be your dream job! As we all wear many hats within our ever‑evolving organization, you too must be willing to work as a team member, sharing responsibilities to support the Accounting/Admin team. Ideally, past property management bookkeeping is a plus but you must have experience with accounting and accounting software, MS Word, and MS Excel. With no two days ever really being the same, you need to be flexible and take on tasks as they come up, while also managing monthly and quarterly deadlines.
