Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• An active California license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) is mandatory for this position.

• At least 2 years of experience working in a mental health setting, preferably in outpatient care.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of organization and time management.

• Proficiency in using digital tools and software for documentation and patient management, including telehealth platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of 2 years of experience is required, candidates with more extensive backgrounds in mental health counseling, particularly in crisis intervention and treatment planning, or those who have worked with diverse populations, will be highly regarded.
