Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a diverse range of clients experiencing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to build rapport with clients effectively.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards diverse populations.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively, balancing multiple clients and workloads.

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome applications from all qualified candidates, preference will be given to those with prior experience in teletherapy settings, experience in crisis intervention, and familiarity with different therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
