Job Description

SALARY: The salary range for this position is $61,749.69 to $$100,154.67 for Schedule A, and $61,749.69 to $95,146.95 for Schedule B. For newly hired individuals, the starting salary will normally be at the minimum of the salary range. For current Judiciary employees, salary upon promotion or advancement will be an increase of 5% of base salary, not to exceed the maximum of the range, or the minimum salary of the band/level, whichever is greater. Judiciary employees hired prior to June 3, 2014, are considered Schedule A. Newly hired individuals, and Judiciary employees hired on or after June 3, 2014, are considered Schedule B.

Under the general direction of the Court Executive 2B, Criminal Division Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible for the Criminal Division, Pretrial Services and Recovery Court budgets; recommending purchases to ensure the effective management of programs. The selected candidate will review and analyze case statistics to identify trends and issues, promote quality assurance and data accuracy, and recommend process improvements. Additionally, the selected candidate will assist with the implementation of new programs and software; acting as a subject matter expert for new projects and pilot programs. Strong communication skills are necessary to train and advise staff about the policies, rules and regulations of new programs. The selected candidate will also provide oversight during program development and implementation; giving advice or assistance to staff with work in progress.

REMOTE WORK : The Judiciary currently offers a hybrid work schedule, and this position may qualify for up to 2 days of remote work outside of Judiciary buildings. To participate in this program, in addition to installing a multifactor authentication app on your phone or tablet, you will be required to have high speed home internet access.

Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree and three years of professional experience, one of which shall be in program development, program coordination, program analysis, program administration and/or administrative research.

Substitution: Applicants who do not possess the required education may substitute additional paraprofessional and/or professional experience on a year-for-year basis with one year of such experience being equal to 30 semester hour credits. An associate degree from an accredited college or university and two years of additional paraprofessional and/or professional experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.

A master's degree from an accredited college or university may be substituted for one year of experience. A law degree from an approved American Bar Association law school may be substituted for two years of experience. Note: A master's degree or a law degree from an accredited college or university, may be used as a substitution, not both.
