Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and gather comprehensive background information from clients, families, and educational staff to formulate tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients, focusing on evidence-based practices to improve student outcomes.

• Engage in crisis intervention as necessary, applying de-escalation techniques and connecting students to appropriate resources.

Qualifications\n

• A valid New Jersey license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
