Key Responsibilities

• Conducting thorough psychiatric evaluations and assessments to accurately diagnose mental health disorders.
• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans tailored to meet each patient's unique needs, while employing evidence-based methodologies.
• Prescribing and managing psychotropic medications, closely monitoring their effectiveness, and adjusting dosages to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
• Providing various forms of psychotherapy and counseling services, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT).
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care, ensuring that treatment strategies adhere to a holistic approach.
• Educating patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and effective self-care techniques.
• Documenting patient progress meticulously, tracking responses to medications, therapy outcomes, and noting any changes in symptoms or behavior.

Qualifications

• Minimum education requirement: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.

Compensation and Benefits
