Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, ensuring customized treatment approaches.

• Deliver one-on-one counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction.

• Lead group therapy and support sessions, facilitating open discussions and psychoeducational workshops to help participants share experiences and develop coping strategies.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans by setting clear objectives and measurable outcomes tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Provide immediate intervention for clients in crisis, including performing risk assessments and coordinating emergency care or referrals when necessary.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mental health practices through ongoing professional training and education, ensuring compliance with state licensing requirements.

• Collaborate with colleagues, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate a holistic approach to client care, ensuring all aspects of a client's mental health are addressed.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
