Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and personalized evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, challenges, and treatment goals.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities to address complex mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders.

• Collaboratively design and implement treatment plans using evidence-based practices tailored to each individual, with clear and measurable goals.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring safety and stabilization.
\n
• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, coping mechanisms, and the resources available within the community.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, while ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Practice in accordance with state regulations governing counseling, placing an emphasis on confidentiality and informed consent.

• Demonstrate cultural competence by providing inclusive services to clients from diverse backgrounds, fostering a sense of trust and understanding.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to deliver integrated care, regularly exchanging insights and strategies to optimize client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse client population ranging from children and adolescents to adults and the elderly. Our clinic addresses various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, PTSD, and developmental issues. This role involves tailoring therapeutic approaches to fit the individual needs of clients while considering their cultural backgrounds and personal experiences, fostering a more meaningful therapeutic alliance.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or equivalent.

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience, ideally in an outpatient therapy environment.

• Proven proficiency in conducting therapy and employing a variety of evidence-based practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide a generous sign-on bonus.
