Work Environment\n

This role offers a fully remote work arrangement, allowing you flexibility in managing your schedule while providing essential services to clients. Although our services are offered remotely, you will be part of a supportive and collaborative team that conducts regular meetings and check-ins. Our facility operates Monday through Saturday, providing extensive hours for our clients and accommodating the therapists' preferred working hours from 5 to 40 sessions a week or more, depending on their capacity.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups to develop individualized treatment plans that address their specific needs.

• Implement graduate-level clinical social work and counseling interventions within a structured framework that includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based modalities.

• Regularly document and communicate with fellow staff members regarding patient assessments and care plans, enhancing interdisciplinary collaboration.

• Facilitate patient rounds, discussing treatment progress and adjusting care plans as necessary to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

• Manage case management for assigned patients, coordinating with community resources and professionals to ensure comprehensive support.

• Adhere to ethical standards and maintain timely completion of all documentation as required by departmental practices.

You will be working with a varied client base that includes children, adolescents, and adults facing a range of mental health issues. Our clinic serves individuals requiring support with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional challenges. Qualifications\n
