Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform detailed assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and emotional well-being, collecting comprehensive information to inform treatment strategies.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with each client’s specific goals and preferences, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to guide the therapeutic process.

• Deliver a range of therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, ensuring that each session is tailored to meet the diverse needs of clients.

• Monitor and document clients’ progress while adapting treatment plans as needed, providing ongoing feedback to clients regarding their development and improvements.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients as required, employing your clinical skills to de-escalate situations and ensure their safety.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in accordance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient management of documentation.

• Engage in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team comprised of psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive client care.

• Stay current with trends in mental health research and treatment methodologies, integrating new knowledge into practice to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing a range of mental health issues. Our clients may present with challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other psychological conditions. Your role will be to foster a supportive therapeutic environment and facilitate healing through tailored interventions that address each client’s unique situation.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required for this position.

• Must hold current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LCSW-R).
