Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients’ mental health status through remote sessions and in-person visits as required.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans that address the specific needs of each client, using evidence-based methods.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, adapting therapeutic techniques to resonate with clients from various backgrounds.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions and progress using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Provide referrals and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals when appropriate to ensure holistic client treatment.

• Stay current with evolving best practices in mental health care through continuous education and professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our team serves a broad spectrum of clients from different backgrounds, predominantly focusing on individuals facing mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is mandatory.

• Current and valid state license as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R is required.
\n
• A minimum of four years of clinical experience in mental health counseling.
\n
• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders, along with an aptitude for utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques and an understanding of cultural nuances in therapy.

• Excellent crisis intervention skills and the capacity to approach challenging situations with composure and professionalism.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to develop trusting relationships with a diverse client population.
