Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to operate from the comfort of your home while still making a significant impact in the lives of your clients. With established work hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, there may be occasional evening and weekend shifts on a rotating basis to provide comprehensive care when necessary. Our team utilizes advanced telehealth systems to engage with clients, ensuring continuity of care in a virtual format.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the severity and impact of mood disorder symptoms, collecting patient history and utilizing standardized tools.

• Collaboratively develop detailed, individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, goals, and preferences to promote optimal recovery.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), in both individual and group settings.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies to empower them throughout their recovery journey.

• Regularly monitor client progress through established metrics and documentation, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to reflect changing needs and circumstances.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and external medical professionals to coordinate care and enhance treatment outcomes, ensuring an integrated approach.

• Stay informed of the latest research, techniques, and guidelines related to mood disorders to continually improve therapy approaches.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in case consultations and team meetings to foster interdisciplinary collaboration and share best practices within the team.

• Advocate for clients, reducing stigma associated with mental health disorders and ensuring their voices are heard in treatment discussions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse population experiencing mood disorders. This includes adults facing challenges such as severe depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Through your expertise and empathy, you will help clients navigate their emotional struggles, facilitate personal growth, and improve their overall mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Florida.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience specializing in mood disorders is preferred.

• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities specifically designed for mood disorders, including CBT and DBT.

• A solid understanding of psychopharmacology to effectively collaborate with psychiatrists on client medication management.

• A proven track record of successful patient outcomes in treating mood disorders, demonstrating efficacy via client testimonials or performance metrics.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to connect with clients from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience working in an outpatient clinic or community health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
