Work Environment

Your workplace will be located in our state-of-the-art outpatient office in San Bernardino, CA, designed specifically to support a broad range of physical therapy treatments. You will engage with a supportive and multidisciplinary team, fostering a positive workspace where clinicians collaborate to deliver the best patient care possible. The work hours are from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a balanced professional schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical condition and develop personalized treatment plans aimed at restoring functional movement and alleviating pain.
• Administer various therapeutic interventions which may include manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and the use of modalities like ultrasound or electrical stimulation.
• Implement evidence-based strategies and state-of-the-art therapeutic practices, ensuring that all interventions are aligned with the latest research and best practices in physical therapy.
• Educate patients on their treatment protocols, emphasizing injury prevention strategies and optimal biomechanics to support their long-term health goals.
• Collaborate closely with orthopedic surgeons and a variety of healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to patient treatment, sharing insights and adjusting care plans accordingly.
• Maintain meticulous patient records that comply with state regulations, ensuring documentation is accurate, timely, and reflective of patient progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with a diverse patient population that includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain, and other musculoskeletal conditions. Our clients range from young athletes to senior patients, allowing you the opportunity to utilize your skills across different demographics and rehabilitation needs.

Qualifications

• Current and valid California Physical Therapist License is required.
• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field, with a solid understanding of human anatomy and physiology relevant to therapeutic practices.
• Strong manual therapy skills and a genuine commitment to enhancing patient outcomes through evidence-based methodologies.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, allowing you to effectively interact with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a comprehensive remuneration package, our benefits include:
