Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adults and adolescents in the San Bernardino community who are dealing with various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our client-centric approach allows you to build meaningful relationships with clients, fostering trust and open communication.

Qualifications\n

• Active and valid state license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD is required.

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000, determined based on caseload and relevant experience. In addition, you will receive a sign-on bonus upon joining our team. Our benefits package includes:
