Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual therapy sessions via video chat, ensuring a supportive environment for clients.

• Employ evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or solution-focused brief therapy, to facilitate effective client outcomes.

• Develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs and circumstances.

• Assist clients in gaining insights into their experiences, emotions, and interpersonal relationships through open dialogue and guided reflection.

• Monitor clients’ progress throughout the course of treatment and strategize adjustments as needed; support the implementation of healthy coping mechanisms.

You will primarily work with stable, low acuity adults who present a range of mental health challenges, allowing you to leverage your skills in a focused and impactful manner. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a related counseling discipline: Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Current, unrestricted state-issued mental health counseling license, compatible with your counseling specialty, allowing independent practice.

• Licensure should include either Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and the ability to foster a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.

• Strong computer literacy to manage video sessions and utilize our counseling platform efficiently.

• Reliable computer setup with webcam and audio capabilities for effective communication during therapy sessions.
\n
• Consistently stable and fast internet connectivity to ensure seamless operation during client interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in providing mental health counseling services.

• Experience utilizing telehealth platforms and providing virtual therapy, highlighting familiarity with remote treatment modalities.

• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing engaging treatment plans tailored to diverse client needs.

• No disciplinary actions on record relevant to licensing or clinical practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, depending on experience and hours worked. In addition to a sign-on bonus, you will benefit from a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors, along with weekly direct deposit for your earned income.
