Role Description
This position is responsible for the ongoing development, improvement, support, maintenance and configuration of our cloud-based Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
Qualifications
- 7+ years' experience as HRIS consultant required.
- Strong prior Workday experience.
- Proficient in seven or more of these HRIS functional areas:
- HCM (e.g., Staffing/Jobs/Organizations, Time off and Leave, Worker data, Onboarding)

Requirements
- Degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, business or related field or work experience.
- 7+ years' experience as HRIS consultant required. Workday experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas/information related to systems.
- Demonstrated experience in providing positive, proactive communications.
- Strong familiarity with Cloud-based software concepts and business process modeling.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, concisely, logically, tactfully, and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
