OpenAI Partner Enablement Lead Location: Remote within the USA. Must have full work authorization as we are unable to provide sponsorship Offering : Base Salary of $160k-$190k DOE + bonus, comprehensive benefits, flexible PTO, 401k Must have : 8+ years in partner enablement, strategic partnerships, customer success. Must have deep experience with AWS or cloud services About Us We're working with one of the leading AI labs in the world to help scale enablement across a growing AWS partner ecosystem. This is a chance to sit at the intersection of AI adoption, strategic partnerships, and technical enablement, working directly with AWS sales, technical, and leadership teams to accelerate real customer outcomes. What you'll do You'll serve as the primary enablement and success lead for AWS-focused partnership initiatives, building trusted relationships with AWS alliance leaders, field sales teams, solutions architects, and partner success teams. You'll lead stakeholder reviews and readiness conversations, expand adoption of existing enablement programs, and deliver workshops, executive briefings, and train-the-trainer sessions. Along the way, you'll translate AI capabilities and customer use cases into practical learning experiences that keep partnership priorities and internal enablement efforts aligned. What You'll Bring Eight plus years of experience in partner enablement, strategic partnerships, customer success or L&D Direct experience supporting AWS partnerships, AWS Partner Network programs, or the broader cloud ecosystem Experience working with AWS sellers, solutions architects, partner development managers, or alliance teams Strong understanding of AWS cloud technology and cloud go to market motions Exceptional stakeholder management, facilitation, and executive presence Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary of $160k to $190k + 10% bonus potential Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) Flexible PTO Fully remote #J-18808-Ljbffr CyberCoders
