The ability to navigate multiple priorities concurrentlySelf-motivated with a focus on contributing to the overall team's success.Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively act as a bridge between staff and management.Preferred Qualifications:A track record of meaningful contributions in the welding, gas, or safety industry.3+ years of experience in a role focused on nurturing team growth and operational efficiency.5+ years' experience in sales with a track record of meaningful contributions.Experience with inventory cultivation and vendor relationship support.BenefitsWe care about and support our Airgas Families.
