Your work hours will align with standard business hours, from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring predictability in your scheduling. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mood disorder symptoms, including severity, frequency, and duration.

• Collaborate with clients to formulate individualized treatment plans that prioritize their unique needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively treat mood disorders.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and essential self-care strategies to promote understanding and empowerment.

• Continuously monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure the best possible outcomes.

You will work primarily with individuals facing mood disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related disorders. Our clientele is diverse, including adults of various ages and backgrounds, allowing you to tailor your approach based on individual cultural and experiential contexts. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

Hackensack Health System offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
