Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and needs.

• Develop, implement, and adapt personalized treatment plans based on individual assessments and therapeutic goals.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based methodologies to support clients in their journey of recovery.

• Advocate for clients by connecting them with community resources, support groups, and relevant mental health services.

• Maintain meticulous client records within our secure electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families facing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your experience and sensitivity to cultural and socioeconomic factors will be vital in customizing care for each client and fostering a trusting therapeutic alliance.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (LCSW), Counseling (LPCC), or Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted license to practice as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

The compensation for this full-time position is competitively structured between USD 120,000 and 130,000 annually.
