Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct intake assessments and psychosocial evaluations to gather comprehensive client histories, assess mental health needs, and determine appropriate diagnoses.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on the client's needs, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Maintain timely documentation of client progress, including treatment plan reviews and clinical notes that comply with HIPAA regulations.

• Provide therapeutic support through both individual and group counseling settings, leveraging innovative therapy techniques and tools to achieve client goals.

• Coordinate with families and other professional supports to ensure comprehensive care and continuation of services.

• Engage in regular supervision sessions with the Clinic Director, ensuring alignment with best practices and ethical standards.

• Participate in clinical staff meetings, training sessions, and community outreach efforts to further our mission of improving mental health access.

• Ensure that your client records reflect ethical practice and demonstrate appropriate boundaries while fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds, each with unique experiences and challenges. You will support clients coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a behavioral health science from an accredited institution is required.

• Current residence in Oregon or willingness to relocate.

Compensation and Benefits\n
