Work Environment\n

This position primarily operates in a remote work setting, allowing for flexibility in managing work-life balance while still being an integral part of a vibrant outpatient office team. The work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., allowing therapists to maintain regular hours while contributing to client well-being and organizational goals. Our facility is equipped with the latest telehealth technologies to ensure seamless communication and therapy delivery.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients' unique needs and therapeutic goals through evidence-based interventions.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to deliver effective care.

• Provide educational resources and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies.

• Monitor client progress through regular assessments, adapting treatment plans as necessary to enhance outcomes.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated and holistic care.

• Stay current with research in mood disorders to improve treatment methodologies and share insights with the team.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in regular case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development activities.

Qualifications\n
