Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will be working primarily with adults seeking mental health services. This includes individuals facing a variety of challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma recovery, and emotional regulation. Your ability to build rapport and create a trusting space for clients will be essential in facilitating their growth and healing journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in Virginia is required.

• Minimum of two years of experience in a mental health counseling role or related field, with a strong understanding of therapeutic methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
