Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand each client's unique circumstances and mental health status, allowing for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning. Develop individualized treatment plans that address specific therapeutic goals through tailored modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based approaches. Conduct individual therapy sessions, using teletherapy platforms to ensure accessibility and flexibility for clients facing geographical, physical, or emotional barriers. Monitor client progress through ongoing evaluations, documenting each session accurately to maintain compliance with ethical practices and organizational standards. Engage in continuous professional development, participating in workshops, training sessions, and peer collaboration to enhance your skills and clinical knowledge. Patient Population / Client Focus Our clinic serves a diverse clientele grappling with various mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Qualifications A current, valid state license to practice as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD. A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish rapport and trust with a variety of clients. An empathetic, compassionate, and non-judgmental approach to therapy. Excellent organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage caseloads and documentation. Preferred Experience Experience in trauma-informed care and an understanding of the challenges faced by clients dealing with anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. Familiarity with teletherapy tools and platforms, ensuring seamless virtual client interactions. Previous work in community health settings is advantageous but not required.
