Key Responsibilities\n

  Develop tailored treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments to address the specific mental health needs of clients.

  Conduct thorough evaluations to identify issues such as anxiety, depression, and stress-related conditions and implement effective therapeutic interventions.

  Offer immediate crisis intervention when necessary, providing vital support to clients in distress and ensuring their safety and well-being.

  Deliver ongoing therapeutic care for individuals diagnosed with mental health disorders, substance use issues, or dual diagnoses, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.

  Implement personalized strategies to help clients navigate family relationship challenges, harmful behavioral patterns, and other personal obstacles affecting their quality of life.

  Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment processes, and progress updates in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work primarily with students facing academic and emotional challenges, along with adults grappling with mental health and substance use disorders. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and as a therapist at our hub, you will address a variety of issues, making every day unique and fulfilling.

Qualifications\n

  A minimum of three years of hands-on experience in a mental health counseling role is required.

  Possession of an active license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.

  A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is essential.

  Demonstrated excellence in communication and problem-solving skills, along with a strong ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
