Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize effective crisis de-escalation skills while providing milieu support as the designated Clinician of the Day.

• Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop comprehensive safety plans for clients, ensuring timely documentation.

• Document interactions and interventions on the same day for clients who are at an elevated risk of crisis service interaction.
\n
• Submit critical incident reports within 24 hours when necessary, adhering to organizational policies.
\n
• Be available for after-hours care coordination support on an alternating basis, ensuring continuity of care.
\n
• Proactively collaborate with participants to reduce reliance on crisis services and promote skill development for self-management.
\n
• Maintain crisis alerts for effective coordination with local county crisis services, empowering participants with essential support networks.
\n
• Facilitate and document transitions to hospital or inpatient services, collaborating closely with hospital staff for smooth discharge processes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary clientele served in this role comprises individuals facing diverse mental health challenges seeking stabilization and support in their daily lives. Through tailored therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy, you will respect each client's unique background and experiences. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or social work (e.g., MSW, MA, MFT, PsyD) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
