Key Responsibilities\n

As a Senior Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Diagnose and treat a range of mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders, using evidence-based practices and approaches.

• Perform comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ needs and establish effective treatment plans.

• Engage in proactive crisis intervention and support strategies, including bereavement assistance and social work interventions when necessary.

• Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards to ensure the safety and health of both staff and clients.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of three years of professional experience providing counseling services.

While three years is the minimum experience required, candidates with a background in comprehensive assessment techniques and familiarity with diverse therapeutic modalities will be prioritized.
