- Supporting Data Science Leaders and their teams with calendar management, meeting logistics, and scheduling for in-person and virtual meetings.
- Coordinating travel arrangements, processing expenses, and assisting with interview logistics for new team members.
- Organizing cross-departmental meetings, large on-site/off-site events, and collaborating closely with other administrative teams.
- Maintaining confidentiality and security for sensitive documents and proposals.
- Managing shifting priorities while exercising good judgment and discretion.
- Building positive relationships with staff at all levels and ensuring seamless communication and administrative support.
- Have extensive experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Possess solid computer skills and are familiar with productivity tools and portals such as Concur, Ariba, eMarketplace, SharePoint, and others (preferred).
- Demonstrate strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment and can adapt quickly to new priorities.
- Can handle confidential information and exercise independent discretion and sound judgment.
- Excel in teamwork and collaboration, and enjoy building relationships across departments.
