Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your extensive educational background and clinical training to execute thorough psychosocial assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning, ensuring that each plan reflects the client's unique goals and preferences.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and behavioral activation, to support client progress.

• Coordinate care by working closely with a multidisciplinary team, including primary care providers and psychologists, to promote a holistic approach to mental health treatment.

• Monitor client progress through systematic tracking of treatment responses, using assessments to adjust care strategies when necessary.

• Provide support for medication management and compliance, focusing on discussing potential side effects and the effectiveness of prescribed treatments with clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus performance-based bonuses.
