Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for new and ongoing clients to identify their individualized needs and formulate personalized treatment strategies.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, across diverse therapeutic contexts such as individual, couples, and family therapy sessions.

• Lead and facilitate psychoeducational and support groups aimed at improving client insight and providing a supportive community atmosphere.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to create cohesive treatment plans, ensuring continuity of care for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention during acute mental health emergencies and develop strategies to ensure clients' safety and well-being.

• Educate clients on mental health issues, treatment methodologies, and available community resources, empowering them to actively participate in their recovery journey.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
