Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Maintain an active caseload of at least 27 client visits per week, ensuring timely and effective therapeutic support.
\n
• Utilize creative and evidence-based interventions to empower clients in achieving their therapeutic goals and enhancing their overall well-being.

• Prepare and document session notes, treatment plans, and other clinical records in accordance with company policies and state regulations, while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including case managers, medical personnel, and family members, to provide holistic support and coordinate care effectively.

• Engage in monthly clinical staff meetings and ongoing training sessions to support professional development and maintain best practices within the team.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, and families from various backgrounds. We are especially committed to providing services to individuals from BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities. This role will allow you to tap into your creativity and empathy, helping clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, relational conflicts, and life transitions through both telehealth and in-person sessions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a behavioral science or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Current LMFT clinical license in good standing.
\n
• Demonstrated experience in clinical documentation practices, including assessments and treatment plans.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, essential for articulating client needs and treatment recommendations.
\n
• Capacity to submit documentation and reports promptly and accurately.
\n
• Demonstrable knowledge of maintaining professional boundaries and ethical standards with clients.

• Ability to engage effectively with a varied client demographic, embracing diversity and cultural sensitivity.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; familiarity with Electronic Health Record systems, particularly Valant, is a plus.

• Willingness to undergo a criminal background check as part of the hiring process.
