Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to connect with clients from the comfort of your home or other preferred settings. While working from home, you will have access to advanced telehealth platforms that ensure secure, HIPAA-compliant communications. Our team operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing you a flexible work-life balance in a supportive virtual team environment.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs through virtual sessions, gathering comprehensive medical and psychological histories.

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances, integrating evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities.

• Provide ongoing counseling services to clients, employing a variety of techniques to address mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders.

• Document detailed case notes and treatment progress in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with all regulations and quality standards.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to formulate comprehensive care strategies, enhancing client outcomes through shared knowledge and integrated care.

• Offer educational resources and support to clients and their families, helping them navigate community resources and support networks for mental health and wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals and families facing various mental health challenges. Our patient population comprises children, adolescents, adults, and seniors, each presenting unique issues, cultural backgrounds, and life experiences. Your role is integral in adapting therapeutic approaches to meet the specific needs of this diverse group while fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist in the state of California.

• Strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic practices, with demonstrated proficiency in working with diverse populations.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective virtual interactions with clients and team members.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience providing telehealth services or remote counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
