This full-time position operates on a standardized schedule, Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, enabling counselors to maintain a balanced work-life dynamic while delivering critical mental health services to clients in need.

Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be serving a diverse client population that includes individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Each client could be facing unique challenges that require personalized approaches to therapy. Qualifications\n

• An active license in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and build strong therapeutic relationships with clients.

• A commitment to providing high-quality, client-centered care in a virtual environment.

• Exceptional organizational skills for effective caseload management and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working with diverse populations of varying ages and backgrounds.

• Experience in telehealth service delivery, particularly in virtual therapy settings.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches and practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 per year, complemented by a robust benefits package.
